040414 - Uniformish Friday

Last day of the week with a couple meetings to go through. No need for a full suit so ended up going with a pretty much “uniform look” in flannel featuring what else but simple colors mainly in tones of blue and grey. Wool blazer by Mabro and checked blue mtm-shirt by Isaia. Trousers made of lighweight dark grey flannel (Finealta) and lighter grey cashmere tie from Viola Milano. Pocket square by Schoffa and shoes (which definitely needed to be sweeped after taking the shot) made by Crockett&Jones for Paul Smith.

Just as here, which is actually the fit I was wearing on my last day in London last week. This was also my first wear of the Barbour SL Bedale jacket that I bought during my visit @Trunk Clothiers. The jacket is a slimmed-down, shortened version of Barbour’s classic riding jacket, originally designed...

Sunday highlights from last week trip in London

Since I got back from London last Tuesday the week has been more or less hectic. So more detailed reviews of the places I had a pleasure to visit (Drake’s London, Wildsmith, Trunk Clothiers and The Shoe Snob) coming up later on but here’s few outtakes from the trip to freshen up the Sunday. J. Fitzpatrick footwear and my own pair getting a quick shine by the man himself. Glanshirt button-up shirts @Trunk clothiers In the front of Trunk LABS, wearing Tombolini gilet, Lardini jacket, Schoffa shirt and tie, pocket square from Sauma & bracelets by Viola MIlano & D.C.I Sweden) Trinity loafer by Wildsmith shoes. A pair of these coming my way soon. More options from Wildsmith. From left to...
