Orange tie x Blue suit

Is it appropriate to wear orange or other more bold colors as a part of your business attire? Today I am taking a look on how to incorporate some color into your office outfit.  One way is to do with with an orange tie. Nowadays I tend to keep my color palette rather restrained. Sometimes however it can be refreshing to have a little contrast and color in one's outfit.  Or at least I know some men are willing to spice up their attires. align="alignnone" Navy blue suit with orange tie and striped shirtBlue wool suit with brown double-monksOrange tie with blue suit - close-upBlue suit with orange tie and pocket squareMonsieur Fox pocket square foldedWinter Studios brown briefcase Light brown or tan colored simple briefcase by Swedish company called Winter Studios.

Sum up

As a sum-up a short review of what did I wear with that orange tie. The suit from Herrainpukimo featuring a jacket with 3-roll-2 buttoning, two patch pockets, soft shoulders, minimal lining and structure. The color of the suit could be called as mid-blue. It is a bit lighter in shade than classic navy blue which makes it a perfect summer suit. The color also balances the burn orange of the tie. White shirt with light blue or blue stripes is always a safe choice for business attire. By this kind of a shirt you can bring a little variation to the outfit but it does not steal the attention in any way. Subtle and restrained when you look from a distance yet distinguishable when you take a closer look. The pocket square chose here is made of cloth featuring 70% wool and 30%. Pretty much the perfect combination is my opinion. The wool is there for a substantial feel and superb puff and the silk brings a smooth appearance and slight sheen. This is a kind of blend that makes the square to held itself in place during the day but that still does not make it too lumpy or massive in pocket. Finally I could have chosen brown basic cap-toe oxfords but decided to go for double-monks. As an orange tie is a bit more casual choice for a work day than a burgundy grenadine tie for example, the same way the double-monks are business appropriate yet more casual option to choose as footwear.
